The National Gallery of Art’s Sculpture Garden/Skating Rink is located near the Penn Quarter neighborhood. Weather permitting the skating rink is open Monday – Saturday, 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. It’s situated between 7th and 9th streets and Constitution Avenue NW. Grab your gloves, thick socks and skate & eat at the Pavilion Café. You will find freshly made wraps, sandwiches, individual pizzas, salads, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, wine, and beer.
