Penn Quarter Real Estate Mirrors Regional Market Trends

Sales data are for Penn Quarter condos listed from January 1st to March 31st, 2006. Sales data are re-sales and exclude sales by builders. The first quarter of 2006 was a transition from the slow down that started to appear in the fall of 2005.

Of the 27 condos listed in the first quarter, 12 sold averaging 64 days on the market. List price averaged about $516,870. The actual sold price averaged about $506,670.

Seven of the Penn Quarter condos sold were listed for less than $450,000. Three were listed for more then $550,000.
