– A total of 3 – THREE bedrooms sold. The average days on market was 58. Last year the average was 34 days.  The average sold price was $812,666. Last year the average sold price was $820,000. Two of the three properties sold below the listed price and one sold above.

– A total of 27 – TWO bedrooms sold. The average days on market was 76 days. In 2006 it averaged 59.76. The average sold price was $607,225. In 2006 it was $632,552. Four properties sold above the listed price, six went for the same price and nineteen were sold below the listed price.

– A total of 63 – ONE bedrooms sold. The average days on market was 74. In 2006 the average was 37. The average sold price was $409,900. In 2006 the average was $424,037.
